We are currently seeking for a self-motivated candidate with a strong combination of business and technical skills, while driven to exceed customer satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of SAP Business One and BEAS.
• Document business requirements and functional specifications
• Provide application training to client users
• Provide technical support for project life cycle
• Work with application developers during development and testing phases
• Draft user documentation

Qualifications

• Highly proficient with SAP Business One, or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of or desire to become proficient in BEAS.
• Strong verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills. (English min B2+)
• Highly organized and able to balance multiple simultaneous projects
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong technical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• 3+ years of experience in IT, software, consulting, or a related field

Preference:

• Knowledge B1UP and Produmex but not required
• Willing to learn fast!
